The Sint-Johannes de Doperkerk was a Roman Catholic church on the Reyerskoop in Boskoop in the South Holland municipality of Alphen aan den Rijn.
The parish of Boskoop was founded in September 1866. In 1867 or 1868 the newly built church was inaugurated and dedicated to John the Baptist. The architect was Theo Asseler. It was a small three-aisled church in neo-Romanesque style, with a 40-meter-high tower at the front. The parish grew rapidly from 300 believers in 1866 to about 1700 in 1904. The church had become too small and was enlarged by the architects Albert Margry and Jozef Snikkers with a transept with side chapels and a chancel. The transept was higher than the nave. After the enlargement, the church accommodated 985 parishioners.
