The park belongs to the mansion on the other side of the provincial road 228 in which the Museum Paulina Bisdom van Vliet is located. Around 1980 the park was expanded with an additional forest area in the extension of the park. The red beech in the garden was already planted at the end of the 17th century, by Adriaan Bisdom, the first of the family to settle in Haastrecht.
In the park is the tomb of Paulina le Fèvre de Montigny - Diocese of Vliet and her husband Johan Jacob le Fèvre de Montigny. Her dog Nora also has her own grave in the park. There are also two garden statues and five garden jewelry. On an island there is a ruin, folly, which was specially designed for the park and is therefore not really old.
