The Discovery Museum would like to introduce itself. The museum is all about the earth, science, engineering and design. Is the Discovery Museum new? Yes... And no.
You may know the Discovery Museum as Continium, Cube, or Columbus. The best of these three worlds come together in the new Discovery Museum in a familiar place: the Museumplein in Kerkrade.
Young and old can come to the Discovery Museum for all kinds of activities: in addition to interactive science exhibitions, breathtaking and unique films (such as a special view of the earth), exhibitions about innovative products and design and inspiring workshops, the Discovery Museum also offers creative lab spaces where you can get to work yourself (or with guidance).
Traveling through the past, present and future, you will learn about the issues of our time, you will see connections, you will be surprised and you will leave the museum with more knowledge and full of inspiration.
