The Weersluis is a lock in the Netherlands that connects the river Vecht and the Loosdrechtse Plassen via the Weersloot. The lock is located in the municipality of Stichtse Vecht in Utrecht.
The Weersluis is one of three locks that connects the Vecht with the Loosdrechtse Plassen. Together with the Kraaienestersluis located further south, it is used for vessels with limited dimensions. Large vessels can only make use of the Mijndense lock located in the north for that connection. Vessels using the Weersluis must pass the adjacent Weerbrug; a low fixed bridge on the Vecht side. In the immediate vicinity of the lock, there is also a former inn and lock keeper's house called De Vliegende Kraai and the estate Weerestein.
