Hotel Restaurant Koekenbier Abcoude

Our brand new hotel will open its doors in early August 2017 with 8 beautiful luxury hotel rooms. In the meantime, we have added 4 rooms on the ground floor, so we now have a total of 12 rooms. And as soon as we have gotten through Corona, we will continue 😉

In 2021, Hotel Abcoude also joined the Koekenbier family. This brings the total number of hotel rooms to 35. Breakfast for the guests of Hotel Abcoude is at Hotel Koekenbier. Soon it will be possible to check in online and receive the room key via email.

The hotel is located in the heart of the picturesque village of Abcoude next to the beautiful Huge de Vries park. The bus (to Utrecht or Amsterdam) stops in front of the door, the train station is a 10-minute walk away, and with a taxi or Uber (23 euros) you are in the heart of Amsterdam in 15 minutes. The Rai, the Ziggo Dome, the Arena, and Afas Live (Heineken Music Hall) can be reached by public transport in just a few minutes.

In the cozy café-restaurant of the hotel, you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, or an excellent dinner. The restaurant has very good ratings on various review sites. At the bar, you can have a drink until 00:00 (or 02:00 if it's busy) and even until 04:00 on weekends. Room service is available until 22:00. But even after that, you can still enjoy a delicious steak at the bar.

All rooms are brand new and equipped with air conditioning, rain shower, USB ports, laptop safe with power outlet, Philips LED lighting, 40″+ smart TVs with Netflix, etc. etc.
