Description

SV Oosterheem was officially founded on 1 April 2000. On this day, the articles of association were signed at notary Mr. J. Th van Loenen. The first board was formed by Jules Lieveld (chairman), Cor Westenberg (secretary) and Dick van Asperen (treasurer). In addition to the members of the executive board, Cor Laven, Jacques Verreijdt and Klaas Anema were also closely involved in the establishment.

The first noises about a new zoetermeer football club arose in the 1999/2000 season. The board of FC Zoetermeer decided in that season to no longer classify the first Saturday team in the standard class the following season. This was not appreciated by the selection. Because there were also plans to set up a new club that will play in Oosterheem in the future, the idea was launched to start a little earlier .....
