The lighthouse of Westkapelle, nicknamed Westkapelle Hoog, Hoge licht or Zuiderhoofd is the largest lighthouse in Westkapelle. This tower, together with the Noorderhoofd, forms a white line of lights to the Oostgat from a northwesterly direction. Until a few years ago, the lighthouse formed a red line of lights from a southeasterly direction together with Lichtopstand Zoutelande with the name Sergeant. Today, the line of lights is white. At the foot of the tower is the general cemetery of Westkapelle.
