De Zeeland was a sugar factory in Bergen op Zoom that was in operation between 1917 and 1929. The factory was operated by the association Coöperatieve Beetwortelsuikerfabriek Zeeland. Some remaining imposing factory buildings are now examples of industrial heritage in the municipality of Bergen op Zoom. Today, De Zeeland is an indoor shopping centre and part of a larger shopping area.
