The Hulk is a nature reserve of approximately 58 hectares, located along the Hoornse Hop near the hamlet of De Hulk in the Dutch province of North Holland.
The Hulk is a partially located nature reserve along the IJsselmeer dike, a part of the West Frisian Circular Dike, along the Hoornse Hop between Hoorn and Scharwoude. The area lies within the boundaries of two municipalities. The largest part is located in the municipality of Koggenland and a smaller part in the municipality of Hoorn. The nature reserve is managed by Staatsbosbeheer. Especially the section located outside the dike of the area is important as a food and breeding area for meadow and water birds.
