The Haarlem Gate, or in Dutch Haarlemmerpoort, is a gate located in the district of Haarlemmerbuurt, in the stadsdeel of Amsterdam-Centrum of the city of Amsterdam and dating from the first half of the nineteenth century.
The predecessor building of the current gate was built in Baroque style in 1618 to a design by the architect Hendrick de Keyser the Elder; on the directive for the city of Haarlem, hence the name.
