The Johanneskerk is a Protestant church of the Protestant Church in the Netherlands in Kruiningen in the province of Zeeland.
The oldest mention of a church at that location dates back to 1203. It was a chapel of a castle. The first church was still made of wood, but during the fourteenth century it was replaced by stone. Previously, the church was a cruciform church, but with the demolition of the choir during the Reformation, this disappeared.
