The Stramproyse Heide is a nature reserve located west of Stramproy in the Dutch province of Limburg.
It is a former heath and drifting sand area with heights of up to 35 metres. At the beginning of the 20th century, it was planted with Scots pine. Today, it is being transformed into more natural deciduous forest. There are also plots of arable land and pasture in the forest. Among other things, the ecological cultivation of winter rye takes place on the fields.
