Maas artwork Sittard-Geleen

Enjoying the beautiful surroundings in complete peace. This was the inspiration for the Limburg artist Patrick Kusters to create ten enormous seating areas along the Limburg Maasroute. Using sustainable, robust materials such as wood and steel, the artworks adhere to the ‘cradle to cradle’ principle.
Moreover, each artwork refers to a special story from the municipality you are in. In Sittard Geleen, the artwork is located at a connection point. This is where the people from the village used to gather to have a chat.
