This round hut is built around a tree and the roof consists of heather turf. The stone next to it reads 'Hut van Vennema or chair'. It seems that this hut was already there in 1886 and that Queen Wilhelmina liked to sit there and paint, where Juliana would watch.
This hut was later rebuilt (circa 1930) and was used for storage and feeding of beets for the game.
