The chapel of Berg en Bosch is a national monument located at Professor Bronkhorstlaan 10 in Bilthoven in the Dutch province of Utrecht.
The chapel of the former sanatorium features an open bell tower and stands at the end of the main axis on the eastern side of the square. The chapel is connected to the nurses' house by a corridor on the northeast side. The chapel has façades made of yellow cinder block.
