Bed & Breakfast "Bij de Boswachter" is located in the heart of Drenthe, between Elp and Schoonoord, in the middle of the woods, fens and heaths. The décor of the Bed and Breakfast is a mix of retro and nature. The B&B is bright and spacious. The view is very green. Forest and nature, that's what it's all about. Around the B&B you will find a rich nature. Badgers scurry around at night, you can hear the tawny owl and barn owl calling or the mystical purring of the nightjar.
Tipiscamping rents out attractively furnished teepee tents at the nearby natural camping site. The tipi tents are equipped with a complete inventory and a unique wood-burning stove, so that you can camp comfortably even in autumn and winter.
The Heart of Drenthe is a 5000 ha area where nature is given all the space it needs. You can stroll around endlessly via narrow paths along beautiful fens and vast heaths.
