The Roman Catholic cemetery of Middelburg is a cemetery located on Walcherseweg in the Zeeland capital Middelburg. The cemetery was established in 1886. Since 1974, no new graves have been dug. At the beginning of January 1882, it was announced that Pastor Mes, who came from Middelburg, had purchased a piece of land on the then Seisweg and donated it to the Middelburg parish. Initially, Catholics were buried in a separate part of the municipal cemetery, but the parish obtained permission from the city council to manage its own cemetery.
