A few years ago, Danny van Oost opened his own tea garden in the beautiful countryside in Koewacht. When you walk into Bij Ons Tuus, classical music can be heard from a wooden house between the trees and colorful figures hang everywhere. You immediately imagine yourself in the Efteling. "That's really the intention," Danny agrees. "I really like fairy tales and the sweet smell of fairgrounds. And from grandma's! The atmosphere I want to create is the feeling of security and the cosiness of a visit to your grandparents." (quote PZC)
At Ons Tuus you can enjoy delicious drinks, grandma's lunch menu and a King's & Queen's High Tea. Equipped with all comforts: a sanitary house and an electric bicycle charging station. Fun activities are also organized in the Tea Garden, such as bird watching workshops, foraging and Sunday workouts.
