In the middle of the picturesque monument village of Orvelte stands our Bakkershoes.

't Bakkershoes is located in a beautiful nostalgically decorated farmhouse. Every day we bake our fresh Kniepertjes (a delicious Drenthe cookie) and our homemade apple pies.
We also sell our homemade gingerbread and numerous delicacies.

In the living room you can take a seat and enjoy different varieties of coffee or tea. For example, you can take a home-baked apple pie with whipped cream. Take a look around you at our collection of old utensils and antiques, they are for sale.

We are proud of our own baked gingerbread. These are traditionally baked according to our own recipe. These cakes are for sale as whole or half bundt cakes.
