In connection with the exhibition 'The Imagination of the Landscape. Wageningen at the Crossroads of Four Landscapes', it seemed interesting to also describe a more historical route alongside these geographical routes through the Wageningen landscape. This new cycling guide describes the diversity and historical dynamics of the Wageningen landscape and takes the cyclist past a large number of landscape locations that illustrate how the landscape in the municipality of Wageningen has developed over the course of history. This landscape dynamics continues to this day. Therefore, the cycling tour illustrates how the Wageningen landscape has been reshaped time and again and experienced as a heritage.

A brochure for this cycling route is available for purchase in the museum shop, which contains an extensive description of the historical backgrounds in addition to the many excursion points.
