A beautiful walk in one of the quietest forests on the Utrechtse Heuvelrug at any time of the year. Due to (former) meltwater valleys, the route is hilly. In Leersum, the Hoge Ginkel estate is located at 60 meters above sea level and the highest point of the walk is the Amerongse Berg (69 meters above sea level), near the Lonely Oak.
