From December 3, 2023 to January 6, 2024, a beautiful 'crib walk' has been set out in Epen. This walk of about 12.5 kilometers leads past about fifteen cribs (nativity scenes) and is the ideal opportunity to enjoy the Christmas atmosphere in peace. Don't forget to enjoy a tasty snack and (hot) drink at one of the catering establishments along the route.

Some points to consider:
-This route is not signposted, but the route description can be downloaded.
-The routes are carefully mapped out so you can start at any point and there is plenty of parking at the participating businesses and designated parking spaces nearby.
-If you leave in the late afternoon, it is advisable to bring lights for good visibility in traffic.
-Please note that not all hiking trails are suitable for strollers as some paths lead through meadows with turnstiles.
