The starting point is the parking lot by the church in Mariënvelde. A varied route through forests, alongside streams and meadows. At 12.8 km, you will pass castle Ruurlo and Restaurant De Oranjerie. At 14.5 km, there is a beautiful Rest Stop (with toilet) and delicious coffee.
