This is the racing bike variant of stage 5 of the Mariken Path, the historic route Nijmegen-Antwerp. This variant avoids the so-called 'Bels Lijntje' to bypass unpaved paths between Riel and Alphen.
WARNING: AFTER THE START YOU IMMEDIATELY GO THROUGH HEUVELSTRAAT. FROM 11 AM ONWARD IT IS LARGELY A PEDESTRIAN ZONE. IN TILBURG, THIS MEANS Dismounting.
