In the 19th century, the grain farmers were rich and the workers poor. This contrast can still be seen well during the walk. At the beginning of the route, there are numerous farmhouses that sprang up like mushrooms at that time. Further along, you will encounter two fortifications from the French period. These were fully restored in 1985.
