Starting point: Café Sprakel Dorpsstraat 141 Lonneker. Go right onto Voortsweg. Cross Demmerskamp and follow the cycle path. This is also called Demmerskamp. Turn right onto Amelinkpad. Leave Schuttekamp R to your left and go right onto Stegekampweg. Go until you reach Sprakelweg and turn right there. At the Y-junction, follow the path to the right and at Eschbeekweg turn left. Cross Vorgersweg. This becomes Grensweg. Go right to Zuidkamp. After Schoolweg, take the path to the right. This then sharply turns left. Then right. This is Zuidkamp. Continue following this path. Zuidkamp becomes Vargershuizenweg. So keep going straight ahead. Follow the path for a long time. Cross Elsbeek. Then take the right path. Cross Braakweg to Vergertweg. There is a curve to the left, and then go right onto the path. This is Lonnekeresweg. This path winds. After the houses, take the path to the right. This path leads to Grensweg. Then left onto the path. There comes a sharp curve to the right. The path leads to Stegenkampweg. Turn left here. Go left again to Spölminkspad, this time the path becomes kamp....Then right to Schuttekamp, left to Amelinkpad and follow the path straight ahead to the endpoint at Dorpsstraat...
