This hike includes a passage through the Asingapark of Ulrum. There, the outlines of the vanished castle have been made visible. You walk along a grassy path of more than 2 km along the Hunsingokanaal and over the Zuidema's Klap, a drawbridge from 1879. A national monument! A beautiful place in the greenery is the Olle Weem, a curling point mound with a tombstone from 1737. The Groninger landscape tends to this site. There is a bench to enjoy a moment of tranquility.
