Together with the Coöperatie Aa-Land we offer some walks via Routeyou.

This beautiful walk through the Beekdal goes along many beautiful places. We walk first towards Kasteel Heeswijk via beautiful avenues and the Looz Corswarem Hoeve.

Via an old access road and gate with statues we walk away from Heeswijk Castle towards nature theater De Kersouwe. A small part of the walk then goes through the forest and a little later we are at a bridge over the Leijgraaf. We now follow the Leijgraaf until it flows into the river Aa. On the way we pass the remains of what was once water mill Ter Steen.

We continue to follow the Aa to the Seldensate estate with its gatehouse, ruin and cellar cave. We make a round on the estate and then go via a beautiful avenue with old clinkers to the free-range area of horses and cattle. This area is enclosed between the river Aa and the N279. When we leave this area again we see watchtower De Heeskijk in the distance. This watchtower is our last goal. After a short walk along the Aa we are back at the parking lot.

The parking lot is accessible via the N279 exit Heeswijk-Dinther and then follow the signs of the Parking "P Kasteel Heeswijk".
