This route starts at Restaurant Rijnzicht, Sterreschans 15, 6686 MS Doornenburg near the Pannerdensch canal and then goes via Germany to the National Park De Maasduinen. (via ferry service at Arcen)

TIP: Before you cross with Autoveer Broekhuizen - Arcen I can recommend turning left on the stations of the cross near Arcen and then drive into the Maasstraat to IJssalon Clevers in Arcen which is located on the characteristic square in the middle of Arcen (Raadhuisplein 11, 5944 AH Arcen)

I myself have also been to IJssalon Overloon several times, also from Clevers. Delicious ice cream, I can recommend it. We came back daily to enjoy the delicious ice cream.


Through the Peel we drive towards Eindhoven and then drive north via Rosmalen to the Waal. In the meantime we cross the Meuse with a ferry service.
We follow the Waal until we are back at the Sterrenschans.
