This route takes you through the area between Rivierpark Maasvallei and Stein. This route takes you past the famous Steinerbos, a place where children can still play outside in an old-fashioned way. The surrounding park is worth exploring.
A little further on you walk along the imposing Chemelot, through the Heidekamppark, along the harbor of Stein and you pass the Heemtuin and the Boschhook. At the Brasserie next to the Steinerbos you can park and drink a cup of coffee.
The route can be followed via red markers (sloping top of the route markers indicates the walking direction).
