The Shimano Valkenburg route consists of parts of the former Meerssen route, located in the municipality of Valkenburg. Currently, this route is made up of the slope forests on the southern side and the slope on the northern side of the Geuldal. In the autumn of 2019, beautiful trails will be added to this route on the former dump site of Berg and Terblijt. Furthermore, we are still working to remove as much asphalt from the route as possible.
This route was realized with the cooperation of the municipality of Valkenburg, TC Vliegend Wiel, and MOZL.
