Bathasa Danda, meaning 'windy hill', is the only snow-free area in the area.
It blows so hard that everything flies.
This sub-peak lies on the way to Dhampus Peak (Thapa Peak) on the Dhaulagiri Circuit. Mostly the loop trail is driven clockwise and this is the descent from Dhampus Peak to Marpha so not really a stopping point.
