The Savica Waterfall [ˈsavit͡sa] is located in Slovenia above the valley of Bohinj in the Triglav National Park. The waterfall flows down 38 meters over rocks at an angle of 50 degrees and then falls 51 meters down into the reservoir of the Ukanc power plant and over the dam wall down into the second reservoir of the Ukanc power plant in the Velika Savica river valley. A second waterfall plunges 25 meters into the reservoir.
The Velika Savica merges with the second source river Mala Savica to form the Savica.
The Savica flows through Lake Bohinj, leaves it as Sava Bohinjka and joins the Sava Dolinka near Radovljica to form the Sava.
