Monument No. 3 consists of two buildings; an octagonal chedi and a rectangular building. Both collapsed long ago. The octagonal chedi was built in bricks without mortar. It is in poor condition. It stands 70 centimetres high and its diameter is 6.70 metres long. The rectangular building is located to the north of the octagonal chedi. It measures 6.7 meters wide and 10.9 meters long. An unfinished double slab of Sema stones discovered around the base shows that the building was an ordination hall. Normally Sema stones would have been located in 8 directions to limit sacred ground. But these are only located in the south, the southwest, the west, and the northwest.
