Kasteel gebouwd in de 12de eeuw. Het werd op het einde van 15de eeuw vergroot en verbouwd in laatgotische stijl door de baljuw van Bourgondië, Philippe Pot. In de kapel staat een replica van de graftombe van Philippe Pot (het origineel staat in het Louvre). Het kasteel kan worden bezocht.
Het kasteel ligt ook op onze fietsroute van Dijon naar Bellenot-sous-Pouilly, zodat je nu eventueel het kasteel links kan laten liggen en het kanaal verder volgen.
