This watermill is located in a ravine near Soler's house and was supplied with water from the area known as El Chorrillo.
The water mill was used to make flour and gofio from roasted grain, mainly millet and wheat. The force of the water, which was led to the mill via tajeas, drove a wheel which in turn set the millstone in motion. The body of this mill is round, unlike others whose shape is staggered, and the aqueduct is formed by two semicircular arches.
It is possible to admire a large part of the system where the water flowed between the sprinklers and nozzles, as well as the structure used to grind the grain.
Stairs lead directly to the mill, which has been restored but no longer in use . The facade of the mill is in good condition and the walls have been renovated with stones and cobblestones.
Under the central hall there is a cave in the form of a vault. On the floor are some stones that were used to support the impeller and the mill shaft. A staircase leads to another room in the mill, which also has a wooden ceiling and stone floor. This could be the kitchen where the grain was roasted.
There is a hole in the ceiling where it is thought that there was a chimney. Another hole in the wall shows where the water came in that the miller used for his personal use in the mill. This water came out again through a kind of reservoir and was diverted to the lower part of the mill.
