Discover this wine-growing village and enjoy beautiful walks or bike rides along the Canal du Midi, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
Many shops are nearby in the village (Jardin des Délices restaurant, delicious bread stores, a butcher, beauty salons, a hairdresser, a tobacconist and a supermarket (large supermarket 2 km away).
Take a short walk to the beach (Drap Blue) to relax or enjoy water sports. Sailing Kitesurf Beach Volleyball and Pilates at the Beach.
You'll also be close to Béziers, a historic town with a market and exhibitions every Thursday evening, and Agde with its many summer events, or Pézenas, the town of Molière with its medieval streets.

The gîte is on 2 levels:

First floor:
- A fully-equipped kitchen (oven, gas stove, microwave, filter coffee maker, washing machine, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, etc.).
- A children's bedroom for 3 people (4 on request from the reservation center) with 2X2 bunk beds.
- One double room with a 160*190 bed
- One bedroom with two single beds 90*190
- A bathroom with toilet, washbasin and bathtub

First floor:
- A large living room with fireplace, large table and sofas, television with access to British and French TV channels, opening onto a small sitting room with bench, table and chairs
- The living room opens onto a terrace with barbecue overlooking the garden and sea view
- A 2nd fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, etc.)
- One bedroom with double bed (140*190) and single bed (90*190) and bathroom
- A shower room

Outside:
- Heated swimming pool secured by alarm.
- Wood-fired and gas-fired stone barbecue
