Description by the author

There are different ways to walk from Apollonía to Platýs Gialós: the longest route passes by Fáros and Chryssopigí. This hike first follows the walk marked by [3], which passes through the nice valley of Erkíes and arrives finally at the monastery of Vrýsi. Starting from there, you can still follow some beautiful trails down to Platýs Gialós.
