El puerto de Envalira es el puerto de montaña con carretera más alto de los Pirineos, con 2409 metros de altura sobre el nivel del mar. Está situado en Andorra, entre las localidades de Soldeu y El Pas de la Casa, la primera perteneciente a la parroquia de Canillo y la segunda a la parroquia de Encamp. Junto con el túnel del mismo nombre es el único acceso desde Andorra hacia Francia por carretera.
El puerto de Envalira conecta El Pas de la Casa, al este, único territorio de Andorra de vertiente atlántica, con el resto del país, al oeste, situado en la vertiente mediterránea. A su pie se encuentran las instalaciones fronterizas con el Estado Francés, en el municipio de Porta .
