Junto al IJzer en Diksmuide encontrarás el último trozo del frente belga de la Primera Guerra Mundial. La Dodengang es un sistema de trincheras donde las tropas belgas resistieron durante cuatro años contra el enemigo. La posición recibió rápidamente el nombre de Dodengang debido al gran número de víctimas en estas trincheras. El sitio ha sido completamente restaurado con construcciones de hormigón. El centro de visitantes te muestra la vida y el sufrimiento de los soldados de primera línea durante la Primera Guerra Mundial.

Del 1 de abril al 15 de noviembre abierto de 10 a 18 horas. Acceso hasta las 17:30. Del 16 de noviembre al 31 de marzo abierto los martes y jueves de 9:30 a 16 horas. Acceso hasta las 15:30. Debido a una reorganización militar, estos horarios pueden cambiar. Cerrado entre el 25 de diciembre y el 1 de enero.
