La Central eléctrica de Ruien es una antigua central térmica de carbón. Se encontraba en la margen derecha del Escalda, en el distrito de Ruien, Flandes Oriental, Bélgica.
La central se construyó en 1958 y fue durante mucho tiempo la principal y mayor central eléctrica y térmica de Bélgica. Era propiedad de Electrabel, parte del grupo Engie. El carbón era el combustible principal, pero también se quemaban gas natural, huesos de aceitunas, virutas de madera y residuos de madera sin tratar para producir electricidad.
