't Roodhuis es un hermoso edificio de granja con una fila de tilos y mucho ambiente. La casita tiene casi 200 años y originalmente era una vivienda dual. Más tarde, una panadería y una cervecería encontraron alojamiento allí sucesivamente. Está idealmente ubicado como base para un viaje exploratorio por el entorno rural. El Roodhuis también fue la fuente de inspiración de la vida cultural en Rumbeke. Hoy en día es un restaurante, una sala de té.
