HISTORIAL
En 1903, un café de estilo tradicional abrió sus puertas. Aproximadamente un siglo después, fue rebautizado como un acogedor y atmosférico restaurante. El uso frecuente de la madera lo lleva de regreso a la época de antaño. Diariamente, nuestros artesanos preparan platos tradicionales belgas con productos frescos del mercado.
John Stevens, el gerente de esta empresa familiar, es el chef detrás de los fogones. La reputación de De Neu Pruim creció también gracias a la amplia y variada oferta de platos frescos. Abogamos por una cocina honesta con carácter y alma. ¡Sin adornos innecesarios! Solo servimos productos de calidad.
