Como su nombre indica, este parque está destinado principalmente a los jóvenes. Aquí se encuentran diversas instalaciones deportivas, como el mini campo de golf, las canchas de tenis, baloncesto y fútbol, pistas cercadas para los patinadores sobre tabla y los patinadores en línea. Los jóvenes con discapacidades también pueden disfrutar del Parque Juvenil.
Diferentes fases de renovación han revitalizado todo el parque. Ahora hay más luz, mejor visibilidad y atractivos para los diferentes visitantes del parque gracias a la creación de diversas zonas en el parque (zonas de descanso, zonas de juegos, zonas deportivas...). Se han plantado nuevos árboles y se han creado parterres de flores.
