Argenteau es una aldea en la provincia belga de Lieja y un distrito de la ciudad de Wezet. Durante el antiguo régimen, formaba parte de la aldea redentora de Hermal. Desde la época francesa, fue un municipio independiente hasta que en la fusión de 1977 fue anexionado al municipio de Wezet.
Argenteau se encuentra en una elevación en la orilla derecha del Mosa, entre Lieja y Wezet, con buenas conexiones a través de la autopista A25/E25, a la que el pueblo tiene acceso. También la línea de tren entre Lieja y Maastricht pasa por el pueblo. Hasta 1956, Argenteau tenía una estación a lo largo de esta línea de tren.
