Argenteau è un comune nella provincia belga di Liegi e un comune secondario della città di Wezet. Durante l'ancien régime faceva parte del villaggio di redenzione di Hermal. Dalla periodo francese fu un comune autonomo fino a quando, con la fusione del 1977, fu aggiunto al comune di Wezet.
Argenteau si trova su una altura sulla riva destra della Mosa tra Liegi e Wezet, con ottimi collegamenti tramite l'autostrada A25/E25 a cui il villaggio è collegato. Anche la linea ferroviaria tra Liegi e Maastricht attraversa il villaggio. Fino al 1956 Argenteau aveva una stazione lungo questa linea ferroviaria.
