Ophain-Bois-Seigneur-Isaac es una submunicipalidad de Eigenbrakel en la provincia belga de Brabante Valón. Está compuesta por las aldeas de Bois-Seigneur-Isaac y Ophain. A través de la submunicipalidad fluye el río Hain. Ophain dependía parcialmente del ducado de Brabante y parcialmente del condado de Henao, bajo la jurisdicción de 's-Gravenbrakel. Bois-Seigneur-Isaac pertenecía a la jurisdicción de 's-Gravenbrakel. El mapa de Ferraris de la década de 1770 muestra esta situación, con el pueblo de Ophain al norte en el Ducado de Brabante y al sur Bois-Seigneur-Isaac en el territorio de la jurisdicción de 's-Gravenbrakel.
