Felenne es un pequeño pueblo en la provincia belga de Namur y una parte del municipio de Beauraing. Hasta el 1 de enero de 1977 fue un municipio independiente. Felenne está muy aislado, justo en la frontera con Francia, en medio de una extensa zona boscosa. Los pueblos vecinos se encuentran todos a al menos a cinco kilómetros en línea recta. El más cercano es el pequeño pueblo francés de Landrichamps, justo al otro lado de la frontera. A cuatro kilómetros al oeste de Felenne se encuentra la central nuclear francesa de Chooz, cerca de Chooz.
