Saint-André es una aldea situada en una altura en la provincia belga de Lieja y es una parte del municipio de Dalhem. Se encuentra en la frontera con el municipio de Herve, al otro lado de la N672, frente al lugar llamado La Haye. Hasta el 1 de enero de 1977, era un municipio independiente. Saint-André pertenecía a la Abadía de Burtscheid y a fines del siglo XIII pasó al Ducado de Brabante, que en ese momento también era conde de Dalhem. Saint-André fue añadida a la señoría de Trembleur.
