La cervecería de Achouffe está ubicada en el corazón de las verdes Ardenas belgas. Fue fundada en 1982 y se especializa en la elaboración de cervezas de calidad especiales. Reconoces la gama de Achouffe gracias al simpático gnomo que adorna las etiquetas. La cerveza más conocida es la LA CHOUFFE, una cerveza rubia que se distingue por su frescura y su bouquet afrutado. También está la Mc CHOUFFE, una cerveza marrón con un sabor que recuerda a las cervezas escocesas. De ahí su apodo "la escocesa de las Ardenas". Descubre también la HOUBLON CHOUFFE, una cerveza triple del tipo "Indian Pale Ale" (IPA). Esta cerveza ofrece un equilibrio armónico entre un agradable sabor afrutado y un notable amargor. O la N'Ice CHOUFFE, una cerveza de invierno especiada (tomillo y curaçao) y ligeramente lupulada. Es una cerveza muy equilibrada. Y no olvidemos la CHOUFFE Soleil, una cerveza para los días bonitos, con un toque afrutado y sabores refrescantes.
